Why I Love This Recipe
I love this recipe as it gives me a very cheap and delicious lunch. It is always different and freezes well. I change the spices I put in each time.

Ingredients You'll Need
200g various vegetable scraps, including stalks of brocoli etc.
1 tablespoon oil
500ml gluten free stock
1 potato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, sliced or crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Various spices to taste
Heat oil in pan, add onion and garlic. Fry on a low heat until softened.
Add vegetables, potatoes, stock and spices to taste. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins or until vegetables are softened
Liquidise, then season to taste.
Add more water if too thick and serve
