This is a weird recipe that shouldn't work. However it does and is delicious. Probably best done when there is a glut of excess Brussels, like boxing day! Raw Brussels taste a bit like cabbage, so this would be a good swop.
Again, based on a slimming world recipe Free Foods A-Z, however with lots of changes.
Ingredients You'll Need
250 g Brussels Sprouts
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped finely
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
small bag of watercress (and similar salad should work)
3 oranges
2 tablespoons fat-free vinaigrette (check for gluten)
juice of 1 lemon

Cut off stalk ends of sprouts and slice as thinly as you can. Place in bowl with chilli, red onion and watercress.
