Gluten-free Chocolatey Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Just had a sweet tooth today!
Ingredients You'll Need
Dry ingredients
1c Almond flour
1/2 c ground flaxseed
1 1/2c Oats
2 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c brown sugar
Wet ingredients
1 egg (beat w 1 Tbsp water)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
3 tsp vanilla
1/4 c grape seed oil
2 Tbsp soy milk
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients then add:
1/2 c choc chips
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c raisins
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
