Ingredients You'll Need
Oil
Tej Patta / Bay Leaf
Long / Clove
Dalchini / Cinnamon
Badi illaichi / Black Cardamom
Adrak / Ginger ( Grated )
Hari Mirch / Green Chillies
Gobhi / Cauliflower ( cut into small pieces )
Aloo / Potato ( cut into small pieces )
Salt to taste
Lal Mirch / Red Chilli Powder
Haldi / Turmeric
Dhaniya / Coriander Powder
Amchur / Mango Powder
Directions
Take a pan and add oil to it, then add Tej Patta / Bay Leaf,
Long / Clove, Dalchini / Cinnamon , Badi illaichi / Black Cardamom. Then after a few mins add grated Adrak / Ginger to the pan. Then add
Hari Mirch / Green Chillies and Saute.
Now add Gobhi / Cauliflower which is cut into small pieces along with
Aloo / Potato which is also cut into small pieces. Then add salt to taste and lal mirch / red chilli powder and in the end add haldi / turmeric. Let the masalas cook along with the vegetables . Once the vegetables have browned and cooked well then in the end add dhaniya powder and amchur powder to the vegetables. Cook these masala's for a few mins with the vegetables and then switch off the gas.
Add fresh chopped coriander leaves to the cooked vegetables and the dish is ready.
