Goji Oatmeal Clusters

Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 bananas
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup date sugar
2/3 cup ground walnuts
2/3 cup whole grain flour
1 1/4 tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup Goji berries
1/4 cup raisins (or currants)
6 pitted dates (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Blend bananas, applesauce, vanilla, and date sugar in blender until creamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Then add the blended moist ingredients and mix. Stir in oatmeal, chopped nuts, dates, and raisins.
Use a large spoon to drop mixture on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
