Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup pancake mix
1 medium banana
¾ cup milk (or water)
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Caramel syrup (for topping)
Butter or oil for the pan
Directions
Step 1: Mash the Banana
Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork until mostly smooth.
Step 2: Make the Batter
Add pancake mix, milk, and oil to the mashed banana.
Stir gently until just combined.(Small lumps are okay — don’t overmix).
Step 3: Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Step 4: Cook the Pancakes
Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on top.
Step 5: Flip
Flip the pancake and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 6: Repeat
Remove pancakes and repeat until all batter is used.
Step 7: Add Caramel
Stack pancakes on a plate and drizzle with caramel syrup.
Add extra banana slices if desired.
