2 tablespoons butter
1 bunch chopped scallions, Chopped
1 bunch chopped baby spinach, Washed chopped coursely
2/3cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
Melt the butter in a big pan. Add the scallions, spinach, parsley, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Sauté for two minutes. Add the rice and water. Bring to a boil. Cover reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
