Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups gooseberries
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/14 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix sugar and flour with gooseberries.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and caver with top crust.
Make a slash pattern in the top crust.
Put in cold oven and bake at 425 degrees for 30- 40 minutes.
