Ingredients You'll Need
Gortons in the Frozen shellfish else Salmon ( comes 2 in package)
Take and microwave your fish on a plate I prefer oven
(those who deal with TBI or PTSD or mental stay away from cooking with microwave more)
Take and mix your ranch dressing, parley and lemon juice together
Once your fish is done these are good as is
Spoon this dressing on top or put on side.
