8-10 skewer sticks
Directions
Thread a marshmallow onto each skewer stick and set aside.
Place the crushed nuts and shredded coconut on separate small plates.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
Dip each marshmallow into the melted dark chocolate, then roll in the crushed nuts to coat. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
Dip each remaining marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, then roll in the shredded coconut to coat. Place on the parchment-lined tray.
Place a graham cracker square onto a serving platter and gently push a coated marshmallow onto the graham cracker. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
Serve the gourmet s'mores on a stick immediately and enjoy!
