Peanut butter is a great source of protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients.

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals until fully melted.

Stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the bowl, and mix until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Place dollops of peanut butter on top of the brownie batter, then use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the batter to create a marbled effect.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
