Grama Polly's Easy Breezy Pinapple Cobbler

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was inspired from a recipe for Easy Peach Cobbler that I found tucked away in my grandma's bible after she passed away. The peach version was easy enough and a favorite of everyone who tried it so I figured I'd play with the ingredients a little and see what I came up with. Turns out, the pinapple (along with the cherry and apple versions) was also a big hit! Enjoy!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 cans of crushed pinapple (drained)
1 stick of salted butter (cubed)
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or lightly coat with oil. Dump crushed pinapple into pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar over pinapple, follow with melted butter. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pinapple along with remaining brown sugar. Place cubed butter over ingredients and bake for 30 - 40 min. Should be golden bubbly when done. Serve with ice cream, whipped topping or eat by itself, delicious either way! ENJOY!
