Grami's Banana Bread
"A very easy quick bread."Serves 1 loaf | Prep Time 15 min. | Cook Time 45 min.
Why I Love This Recipe
The original recipe can be found on page 173 of the Art Gallery of Windsor's The Uncommon Cook Book. My grandmother gave my mother this cookbook when I was around 10 years old. When Grami passed in 2005, I inherited her copy. It's a beautiful book published in the 1980s with pictures of the food displayed beside the gallery exhibits.
Throughout my life, this banana bread has comforted me. During our time sheltering at home, my family has baked and gifted many loaves for front porch delivery. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we always have. IMHO the best banana bread in the world!
