Ingredients You'll Need

7 Egg yolks
7 Egg whites
150g Sugar
30g Grand Manier


1. Mix the egg yolks and Grand Manier well in a metal bowl.

2. Whisk up the egg whites and sugar into a meringue until soft and firm.

3. Slowly add in the mix of egg yolks and Grand Manier and mix well (do not overfold the mixture).

4. Bake at 170c using a Combi oven for 22 - 25 minutes.
