Ingredients You'll Need

2 sticks butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup strawberry jelly


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 X 13-inch dish with cooking spray and sprinkle with flour.

Mix flour, baking powder, and brown sugar in a large bowl.

Cut in butter with a pastry knife until it resembles course crumbs. In a small bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until foamy. Stir into flour mixture to a soft sticky dough.

Spoon half of dough into prepared pan. Pat flat with greased fingers. Spread jelly evenly on dough. Drop 1/2 teaspoonful peanut butter over jelly. Drop spoonful of remaining dough over top of peanut butter layer.

Bake 30 minutes or until brown.

Cut into bars.
