Grandma's Quick Barbeque Beef Bake

One of my Grandma's recipes and it was very good.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 bottle barbeque sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick Baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Cook ground beef and 1/2 of the onion in a 10" skillet till beef is browned.
Drain.
Stir in barbeque sauce.
Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese
Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended.
Pour over the beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining onion
Bake 25-27 minute or until crust is light golden brown.
High Altitude Bake at 30-32 minutes
