Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
Directions
Cream butter and sugars together. Stir in oil. Add eggs mix well.
Combine flour, soda and cream of tarter then add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla and stir well. Let chill for an hour before using. Bake cookie @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
