Grandma Miller's Tangy Beef Barbecue

Why I Love This Recipe
This was my Grandmother's pride and joy recipe. She brought it to every in-formal family and friends gathering. When she was no longer able to cook (which she loved to do), my mom took over making it and it's just as awesome. I do my best but I can never make it quite like them. This past January, Grandma passed away. She was an incredible woman and we were very close. I want to share this recipe to help keep her memory alive in the kitchens of others.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound ground beef
1 cup ketchup
2 teas light brown sugar
2 teas apple cider vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Dash of paprika
8 hamburger rolls
8 slices cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and drain.
Immediately add the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire and paprika stirring constantly until they are all combined.
Turn the heat down to low, cover and simmer 30 - 45 minutes, stirring once to make sure the liquids become reincorporated.
Remove from heat, let stand a minute, serve on a roll with a slice of cheese.
