Why I Love This Recipe
Did you know that grapes are actually berries? They are one of the oldest cultivated fruits, with evidence of grape cultivation dating back to 8,000 years ago in the Middle East!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 pound red grapes
2 pound green grapes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 bag of small Butterfingers, crushed
Directions
Wash and dry the red and green grapes thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and stir until all grapes are well coated.
Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the crushed Butterfingers over the top of the grape salad evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Pairs Well With
Pairs well with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc for an alcoholic option, or a refreshing iced green tea for a non-alcoholic choice.
