Ingredients You'll Need
2 rib eye steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped black olives
Steak Coating
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine seasonings and rub on both sides of beef. In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat till hot.
Cook steaks in skillet, turning once for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and place on serving plate and top with cheese and olives. Serves 2.
