Greek Salad

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
A pinch of dried oregano
Sprigs of fresh basil
Directions
Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese,
and red onion in a medium bowl.
Mix, then drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Grind the black pepper over the top of the salad.
Sprinkle with a touch of oregano.
Garnish with basil sprigs.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
