Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 each green, red, yellow pepper diced
1/2 cucumber diced
2 tomatoes diced
1/2 onion diced
1 tin tuna drained
1/2 cup feta cheese
olives (optional)
pasta (optional)
salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions
Mix together onion, cucumber, peppers, and tomato, and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.Add tuna, feta cheese, olives, and pasta.
Drizzle again with olive oil then add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve alone or as a side salad
