Directions
Start by preparing the Green Goddess Dressing: in a food processor, combine parsley, chives, garlic, buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and set aside.
Chop romaine lettuce and kale and place them in a large salad bowl.
Add the diced cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds to the bowl.
Right before serving, drizzle the Green Goddess Dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.
