Healthier option to something sweet


Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups greek yogurt
2 bananas
2 green pears chopped
2 green apples chopped
2 kiwis peeled
2 cups spinach
1 cup kale chopped
Juice of whole lemon
2 pinch of sea salt
2 cups ice


Directions

1. wash fruits and vegetables


2. chop pear, apple, and kale


3.peel kiwi


4. juice lemon


5. Add in order to the blender


6. Blend into a smooth texture
