1/4 cup minced onion
1 carrot, shredded fine, optional for a little color
For Dressing:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions
Put cabbage and onion in a bowl.
Prepare dressing with remaining ingredients. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Pour over cabbage; toss lightly. Chill.
