Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 tablespoons green tea powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs


Directions

Mix crumbs with butter. Press on bottom and sides of a deep 9-inch pie pan. Chill. In mixer, beat cheese until light. Beat in sugar mixed with cornstarch and tea, then lemon juice until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool, then refrigerate at least 5 hours. Serve cut into small wedges.
