Ingredients You'll Need

¼ bunch fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed
2 ounces fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped
¼ cup diced red onion
½ stalk celery, diced
½ mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese
1 ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
⅔ teaspoon salt
5 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
½ pound fresh crabmeat picked for shells


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut asparagus into 1” diagonal pieces. Steam asparagus for 3 minutes then shock in ice water to cool.

Pour mixture into a one-quart casserole dish and bake until hot and browned on top.

Serve with crackers or toast.
