Grilled Asian Pork Tenderloin
Why I Love This Recipe
I got this recipe from my mom :)
Ingredients You'll Need
1 boneless pork tenderloin (any size...today I used a 1 lb. one)
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1/4 cup honey
5 garlic cloves, chopped (I, of course, use more)
3 T. fresh ginger, minced
marinate the pork in all 4 ingredients (exact measurements not necessary) for at least 3 hours.
place on grill and cook approximately 15-20 minutes. turn once while grilling.
you can also cook this in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
