Grilled Carrots

Why I Love This Recipe
My husband hates carrots but he loves this recipe!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs. carrots cut into 1 1/2 inch round pieces
3 tsp. canola oil
salt and pepper
4 garlic gloves, thinly sliced
1/4 oz. fresh ginger, thinly sliced
2 Tbs. soy sauce
Directions
In a bowl, toss carrots with 2 tsp. canola oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in a saute pan until tender, about 20 min.
Meanwhile, toss garlic cloves and ginger with 1 tsp. canola oil.
Add this to the pan of carrots and cook until garlic is golden about 3 more min.
Remove from heat, toss carrots with soy sauce and serve.
