Grilled Corn Variations

Why I Love This Recipe
I received these recipes from 2 very good friends. They put a nice twist on summer grilled corn on the cob.
Ingredients You'll Need
VARIATION ONE:
Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
Butter
Salt
Fresh limes
Chili powder
VARIATION TWO:
Corn on the Cob-preferably fresh
Mayonaise (not salad dressing)
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions
VARIATION ONE:
Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
Rub each cob with butter, lay on tin foil
sprinkle with salt to taste
squeeze a wedge of lime over each cob
sprinkle all sides with chili powder
wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
VARIATION TWO:
Clean corn on the cob of husks and silks
Rub each cob with a thin layer of mayo, lay on tin foil
sprinkle all sides with grated parmesan cheese
wrap in foil and grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, until hot and cooked (10-15 mins)
Depending on how much parmesan is used, you may or may not need to sprinkle with salt
