2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ears corn


Prepare grill. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter, mint, lemon juice, pepper, cilantro and salt; stir well.

Place corn on prepared grill rackfor 10 minutes or until done, turning frequently. Place corn on platter and brush with butter mixture
