Peaches
Olive oil
Directions
Cut peaches in half, remove pit, and rub both sides with olive oil. (Peel if desired--I leave the skins on. They will fall off easily for people who prefer not to eat the skins.)
Grill on a gas or charcoal grill for about 15 minutes or until they are beginning to turn brown on the cut side. Turn halfway through cooking.
Be creative. You can adapt this recipe to any fruit: apples, melon, apricots, plums, bananas, etc. They are all delicious grilled.
