1 cup hominy grits
2/3 cup dry milk powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
Directions
In 2 quart saucepan, bring 3 cups water to boil. Stir in grits, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. With spoon, stir in remaining ingredients, beat 1 minute. Pour mixture into greased 1-quart casserole, bake for 50 -60 minutes.
