Guacamole

Why I Love This Recipe
A great snack that may disappear in the kitchen before it ever makes it to the table.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 avocados
1/4 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions
Chop the onion, garlic, and tomato into tiny pieces and combine in a medium bowl. If there is uncertainty around the desired spice level, add most but not all of the avocado to start, setting 1/4 of it aside.
Add the lime juice and spices to the bowl. Keep the cayenne pepper within 1/8 teaspoon for a mild guac, or add around 1/4 teaspoon for a hotter guac. If too strong, add back in any reserved avocado to counterbalance. Serve immediately.
