Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups cut carrot
2 cups cut zucchini
1 cup red onion rings
1 lb. Shrimp
1 tsp. herb seasoning
1 tsp. ginger root
1 garlic clove
8 oz. linguine
Directions
Saute carrots, zucchini, onions, and shrimp.
Add herb seasoning, ginger root, and minced garlic.
Mix with the cooked linguine.
