Gumdrop Cookies
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening (butter flavored Crisco sticks work great)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup spice gumdrops (cut up)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Cream sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Add gumdrops and nuts.
Mix well and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
