HAŁADNIK (COLD SORREL SOUP)

Ingredients You'll Need
500 g of sorrel
100-200 g jerked or smoked beef or pork sirloin
1 stalk green onion chopped with salt
1/2 cup sweet or sour cream
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. chopped dill.
Drop washed and chopped sorrel into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes
Than cool in cold water.
Add chopped meat, green onion, mashed with salt, chopped cucumber and chopped eggs.
Add sweet or sour cream.
Serve cold, sprinkle with chopped dill.
