HAMBURGER, MUSHROOM AND RICE CASSEROLE

Why I Love This Recipe
Just another one of my concoctions LOL Kinda tastes like beef stroganoff
Ingredients You'll Need
2 1/2 - 3 LBS Hamburger
2 yellow cooking onions rough chopped
1 lg green pepper rough chopped
1 stalk of celery diced
2 boxes of fresh button mushrooms sliced
Garlic powder or diced fresh garlic
3-4 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce a couple splashes
6 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 soup cans of milk (Whole or almond unsweetened)
OPT: 1 soup can of sour cream
About 2-3 TBS Butter
Instant rice approx 3- 3 1/2 soup cans full
Directions
Brown hamburger in a little water then strain (always brown meat and strain BEFORE you add the veggies or you'll strain out all the flavor of the veggies!)
Add onion, green pepper, celery, mushrooms, garlic powder (or fresh garlic) fry till veggies are soft
Add worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and milk and cook till beef bouillon is dissolved
Add salt and pepper then mushroom soup
Add butter, sour cream and rice stir and put in casserole baking pan
Bake at 375 F until rice is soft
