HOW TO MAKE A COOKIE PIE CRUST

For cream pies, French silk pie, and Chess pie, our family prefers a cookie crust. This is really good.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 c. cookie crumbs (any cookies are fine except those containing fruit, nuts, or cream centers)
1/4 c. sugar
6 T. butter, melted
Directions
In a bowl, mix together cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter. Pour into pie pan and pat across bottom and up sides. Bake in an oven preheated to 375 F for 7 minutes. Cool before filling.
