Why I Love This Recipe
Does anything go better with fish? I even like these as is hot from frying
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup corn meal
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
milk
red pepper to taste
Directions
Drop by tsp. into hot oil and deep fry until golden.
