Ham, Egg, and Cheese Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
Every year we have Easter morning brunch with my in-laws. Every year we try to find something new to eat. We tried this one a couple years ago and it was a big hit. Plus, since it can be prepared the night before, you just stick in the oven in the morning and you can go about your easter egg hunt. When you are done, breakfast is done.
Ingredients You'll Need
5 cups of bread cubes
1 lb ham, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 eggs
1/3 cup corn oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup flour
Directions
Placed bread cubes, cheddar cheese, and ham in bottom of 9x13x2 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the bread, cheese, and ham mixture. Refrigerate OVERNIGHT. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours the next morning. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
