Ingredients You'll Need

1 pkg Hawaiian Rolls
1 pkg Honey Ham
1 pkg Swiss Cheese Slices

Mustard Poppy Seed Sauce:
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Mustard
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Oven Temperature: 350°F

*Cut rolls in half and spread with mustard; cut swiss slice in half and place first half on roll followed by 1-2 slices of ham and other half of cheese

*Place sandwiches in oven safe pan

*Melt butter, add rest of sauce ingredients and mix well

*Pour sauce over rolls (probably won't use all the sauce, depending on how many sandwiches you have - don't want them to be swimming in sauce, just light covering over tops

*Let rolls set until butter has started to set a bit; cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes

Recipe Tips

*Rolls can be made a day ahead and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake

*If you are an onion fan, substitute onion powder for minced fresh onion, or try sautéed onions in the sandwich

*Can also be made omitting the poppy seeds (or without sauce at all)

*If you want to crispy it up and brown the tops, you can take off foil after baking and leave in oven another 5-10 minutes

*If you like it spicy, try adding fresh thinly sliced jalapenos for extra goodness

*Try other meats and cheeses for variety
