Hamburger Dip

Why I Love This Recipe
This will always remind me of Christmas Eve, New Year's, or major sporting events.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 box of Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chickenmushroom soup (Men use mushroom soup; Zach uses chicken)
1- 16 oz. jar Pace medium (or hot) salsa
Tortilla chips, for dipping
Directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Blend salsa and creamed soup until there are no chunks. Pour blended mixture into a large pot and heat at low-medium temperature. Add cheese in 1/2" cubes and stir frequently. When beef is ready, add it to the cheese sauce and stir until all the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
