Why I Love This Recipe

My husband made this last night. The leftovers for lunch today tasted even better!


Ingredients You'll Need

1- 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger
1 yellow cooking onion diced
salt, pepper & garlic powder
2 cans ctream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
2-3 tsp granulated beef buillion
1 splash worchesershire sauce
about 1/2- 1 stick of good butter
16 oz sliced mushrooms
bout a handful flour (1/4 c maybe?)
sliced green pepper (opt)
1/2 cup sour cream (opt)


Directions

mix hamburger w/ diced onions, salt, pepper and garic powder.


make into 6 patties and put in baking pan


In a bowl mix mushroom soup, bullion, worchestershire sauce & water. Fry mushrooms in butter (and gr pepper if adding) add flour stir and cook a lil Then add above mix to mushrooms and pour over hamburgers.


Bake at 350 'till hamburgers are cooked through then stir in sour cream and return to oven to heat up sour ceam 'bout 10- 15 mins


Serve over wide egg noodles

creamed peas and pearl onions
