Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (- 1 cup)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
Topping:
1 cup reserved cake mix
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4c cold butter or marge
1/4 cup pecan chips
Filling:
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1 (15 oz) can Libby's pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1t cinnamon
1/4 tsp each - cloves & nutmeg
1t vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Grease bottom only of 9x13 pan.
Add melted butter and egg to cake mix.
Press firmly into pan.
Beat filling ingredients in a deep bowl.
Pour over crust.
Mix dry topping ingredients, then cut in butter.
Add nuts and sprinkle over filling.
Bake 50-60 minutes @ 350*, until filling is set.
