Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
32 oz. hash browns, thawed or 5 diced potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix well, place mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bacon bits and 1/3 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
