Ingredients You'll Need
1 Can corn (not drained)
1 Can Ro-tel Tomatoes (not drained)
1 Can black beans (drained) - optional
1 block cream cheese
Rotisserie Chicken (I buy the precut package) about 2 chicken breasts
Diced Velveeta cheese to your liking (optional)
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet taco seasoning
Cilantro (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot or crock-pot. Either cook on stove top until cheese(s) are melted or Crockpot on low 6-7 hours
