Why I Love This Recipe
This is a drink that I made up based on what I had on had one Friday night, and it turned out good enough that I figured I'd write it down. I'm sure that there is a "real" drink out there somewhere that is just like this, but a cursory search of webtender.com didn't come up with anything, so I took the liberty of naming it =)
Ingredients You'll Need
6 oz pineapple juice (1 small can)
1 oz coconut rum (e.g. Malibu)
1 tsp maraschino cherry juice
1 maraschino cherry
Directions
Stir together the pineapple juice and rum. Spoon in the cherry juice. It will sink to the bottom, creating a layered look. Garnish with a cherry.
