Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Why I Love This Recipe
Starting with a cake mix makes this so easy to prepare.
Ingredients You'll Need
Yellow cake mix
Small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all.
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1 scant cup of milk
8 oz. container of Cool Whip
Prepare yellow cake mix as directed.
Bake in a 9" x 13" pan. Cool slightly.
Punch holes with a fork and cover with a small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all.
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1 small package instant vanilla pudding, and 1 scant cup of milk. Then add a 8 oz. container of Cool Whip.
Put this on top of the pineapple and sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
