Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 wheel of good brie, sliced into 1/8 inch slices
2 Tbls. Nutella spread
1 loaf french bread, sliced into 1/2 inc slices
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar until frothy
Heat a saute pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray
Dunk 4 bread slices in egg mixture until coated on each side
Cook french toast on one side until lightly browned (about 3-5 minutes) and flip
Cook the other side just until egg mixture is dry (about 1 minute)
Remove bread from pan, spread browned sides evenly with Nutella, layer with brie
Sandwich bread slices so that browned sides are inside and the undercooked sides are on the outside and return to pan.
Cook covered, on low heat until just browned, flip and repeat
Slice in half and serve hot
